Yes — and you can run FPAI alongside GA4 during the transition. Many users run both in parallel for a quarter to validate data parity before removing GA4. Once you're confident, you have complete analytics with no third-party dependency. FPAI collects pageviews, sessions, referrers, UTM parameters, device data, scroll depth, clicks, form submissions, and conversion goals.

No. FPAI doesn't use cookies. It identifies returning visitors using hashed IP addresses and localStorage. Under GDPR and ePrivacy rules, this means cookie consent is not required. You still need to disclose analytics in your privacy policy.
