Pricing questions

License terms depend on the plan selected at checkout. Single-site licenses cover one WordPress installation. Please check the Lemon Squeezy checkout page for current plan options and multi-site pricing.

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy.

Purchase Pro via Lemon Squeezy — the email includes your license key and a download link for the FPAI Pro plugin. Deactivate the free plugin, install and activate Pro (your data carries over automatically — both use the same database tables), then enter your key under FPAI → Settings → License.

Your data stays in your WordPress database — it's yours, and you can keep viewing and exporting it. If your Pro license expires, advanced event tracking pauses (basic tracking continues at the free level) — and as long as your license key stays entered, FPAI never purges your historical data. The free plan's 90-day retention only applies if you remove the license key entirely, so an expired card will not cost you your history.

Yes. The license key is stored in your WordPress options table (wp_options) and validated against the Lemon Squeezy API every 12 hours. The validation result is cached locally so your site keeps working even if the API is temporarily unreachable.
