Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how FPAI ("we", "us", "our") handles information on this website (fpai.orora.co.jp) and clarifies what happens to data when you use the FPAI WordPress plugin on your own site.
We believe in being direct: this website collects minimal data. The FPAI plugin, when installed on your WordPress site, collects data that stays entirely on your own server.

The FPAI plugin (installed on your WordPress site)
Data collection and storage
When you install the FPAI plugin on your WordPress site, it collects analytics data about your site's visitors. This data is stored exclusively in your own WordPress database (MySQL). It is never sent to FPAI's servers.
Data collected about your visitors includes:
- A hashed (SHA-256) version of the visitor's IP address — the original IP is not stored
- Browser type, operating system, and device type (derived from User-Agent)
- Pages visited, with URL and page title
- Referrer domain (traffic source)
- UTM parameters from the URL
- Session duration and bounce status
- Scroll depth and time on page
- Click, form, and other behavioral events (Pro plan)
No cookies, no fingerprinting
The FPAI plugin does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers. It uses hashed IP addresses and browser localStorage to identify sessions. This approach does not require cookie consent under the ePrivacy Directive. However, you should disclose your use of analytics tools in your own site's privacy policy.
Your responsibilities as the site owner
When you install FPAI on your WordPress site, you become the data controller for the analytics data collected about your visitors. You are responsible for:
- Disclosing your use of analytics in your privacy policy
- Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction
- Securing your WordPress database and server appropriately
- Honoring any data deletion requests from your visitors
AI tool access
If you use FPAI's AI Analysis feature, your analytics data is sent to your chosen AI provider using the API key you supply in Settings. FPAI supports 9 providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, Mistral, DeepSeek, Cohere, and Alibaba (Qwen). FPAI does not store your API key on our servers — it is saved only in your WordPress database. AI analysis requests are made directly from your server to the AI provider's API.
